Private Sessions

These 60 minute, one-on-one sessions are designed to encourage and empower you to continue to move functionally during pregnancy and postpartum. We get more in depth with breath work, our functional progression series, and finish with a personalized workout. Private training sessions are held at my home in Bay Park.
