You are amazing, you've just grown and birthed a life! Now you're ready to start building a foundation and continue healing. Join me and moms for a 4 week series, as we re-establish your core and engage your posterior chain.  This is the perfect re-introduction class series to start before hoping back into a regular workout routine.

8 sessions, meets 3 days a week for 3 weeks.

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 10:30am- 11:30 am
