BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series

You are amazing, you've just grown and birthed a life! Now you're ready to start building a foundation and continue healing. Join me and moms for a 4 week series, as we re-establish your core and engage your posterior chain.  This is the perfect re-introduction class series to start before hoping back into a regular workout routine.

8 sessions, meets 2 days a week for 4 weeks.

 

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am- 11:15am
