A 6- week program that includes 3 (45-60 min) workouts a week of an individualized strength and conditioning program developed based on your fitness level and wellness goals.

The program incorporates 1 consultation and 3 private training sessions that introduce movements with cueing for proper positioning and muscle activation.

Workouts include:

  • Intention and stimulus
  • Warm-up based on each workout
  • Strength movements
  • Various conditioning formats (IWT, HIIT, monostructural, etc)
